High Speed Vacuum Pump

High Speed Vacuum Pump

Our High Speed Vacuum Pump uses the dry claw structure. Two claw-shaped rotors turn in opposite directions. The pump chamber runs without oil. The "high speed" comes from the pump's operating nature. Claw pumps spin at high RPM. The DLT.DJ80 motor runs at 2900 r/min. The rotors mount directly on the motor shaft. There is no speed reduction.

Fast Response for Quick Cycles

Our High Speed Vacuum Pump uses the dry claw structure. Two claw-shaped rotors turn in opposite directions. The pump chamber runs without oil. The "high speed" comes from the pump's operating nature. Claw pumps spin at high RPM. The DLT.DJ80 motor runs at 2900 r/min. The rotors mount directly on the motor shaft. There is no speed reduction. High RPM gives you more pumping speed per unit of volume. A small claw pump delivers 75 m³/h. That is faster than a rotary vane pump of the same size. The cooling is air-cooled. No water pipes needed. Installation is flexible. The pump starts fast. It reaches full speed instantly. There is no warm-up time. The response is immediate. Dongguan DaluTong was founded in 2003. We are a direct manufacturer with our own factory and engineering team. Our dry claw pumps have been used in more than 500 automation projects since 2018. We understand the demands of high-cycle equipment because we work directly with machine builders around the world.

Instant Vacuum, Long Service Intervals

Our High Speed Vacuum Pump responds immediately when you start it. The motor hits full speed as soon as you turn it on. The pumping speed goes up right away. You do not wait. For automated equipment that starts and stops often, this matters. Every time the machine stops and restarts, you get vacuum instantly. No warm-up. No waiting for oil film to build. Just press the start button and you have vacuum. Dry operation also means longer service intervals. Oil pumps need regular oil changes. The oil gets dirty, emulsified, or degraded. A dry pump has none of these problems. One customer told us they used it for over two years with almost no attention. They just cleaned the inlet screen once in a while. Claw pumps also tolerate dust better than rotary vane pumps. The rotors do not touch. Small amounts of dust pass through with the gas. In an oil pump, that dust would get stuck in the rotor gap and cause seizure. If your process has a lot of dust, add a filter at the inlet. This pump does not include a filter as standard. We offer it as an option. All our pumps are assembled and tested in our own facility. We export to more than 20 markets.

Automation and Fast-Cycle Equipment

Our High Speed Vacuum Pump works well in automation and precision equipment. Pick-and-place machines, dispensers, automatic labelers, and laser cutter blow-suction systems all use this pump. These machines run fast. They start and stop often. They need vacuum with low delay. Fast-cycle vacuum systems also use it. Thermoforming machines open and close molds quickly. The pump starts and stops with each cycle. A dry high-speed pump works better than an oil pump in these applications.
