Dry Claw Vacuum Pump

Our Dry Claw Vacuum Pump works differently from rotary vane or Roots pumps. The pump chamber has two claw-shaped rotors. They turn in opposite directions. They interlock like two claws. The rotors pull gas in from the inlet. The gas gets trapped, compressed, and pushed out through the exhaust. The key point is this: the rotors and the chamber wall do not touch. The pump chamber does not need oil for lubrication or sealing. The gas that comes out is clean. It contains no oil mist. The model is DLT.DJ80. The motor uses 2.2 KW. Cooling is air-cooled. The pump body has cooling fins. A fan at the back of the motor blows air over the fins. You do not need cooling water pipes. The inlet uses G1¼" thread. The outlet uses 1" thread. Both are standard pipe connections. Since no oil works inside the pump, the whole chamber stays dry. Dust and particles from the intake pipe do not turn into sludge. You never need to change oil. Our Dry Claw Vacuum Pump is most common in medical equipment. Suction systems, operating room vacuum, and dental central vacuum all need clean exhaust. Oil mist cannot be allowed. Electronics factories also use it. Chip packaging machines need oil-free vacuum. Oil mist in a clean room can lower product yield. Food clean packaging and lab vacuum systems also prefer dry pumps. If your process pumps corrosive gas or organic solvents, this pump also works well. In an oil pump, the solvent dissolves in the oil and ruins it. A dry pump avoids that problem.
