Our Corrosion Resistant Vacuum Pump is a large dry claw pump. Two claw-shaped rotors turn in opposite directions inside the pump chamber. The pump runs oil-free. This model is bigger and faster than the DJ80. The inlet uses G2". The outlet uses 1¼". The pumping speed is 300 m³/h at 50Hz. The motor uses 7.5 KW. The claw structure gives gas a straight path through the pump chamber. There are no bends or dead corners. Corrosive materials do not get trapped. The exhaust pushes everything out. In a rotary vane pump, some gas stays dissolved in the oil. That does not happen here. The pump chamber material has special treatment. It resists acid gases, organic solvent vapors, and halogens. We can adjust the material treatment based on what gas you pump. Dongguan DaluTong was founded in 2003. We started by repairing imported vacuum pumps. No Oil Means No Oil Degradation
Our Corrosion Resistant Vacuum Pump has a big advantage in corrosive processes. Traditional methods use an oil pump with a cold trap. The gas condenses in the trap before it reaches the pump. But some gas always gets through. Over time, the oil degrades. Our dry pump has no oil. Corrosive gas does not react with oil. The pump material just needs to hold up. No oil degradation. No oil disposal problem either. Used oil from corrosive processes is often hazardous. Disposal costs are high. A dry pump saves that cost. It is also easier to meet environmental rules. We have service staff with experience in corrosive applications. They can help you choose the right pump. Maintenance focuses on the rotor coating and seal condition. The service frequency is lower than for oil pumps. But each inspection needs to be thorough. Our service process logs all equipment information. We keep records for tracking.
