Our Corrosion Resistant Vacuum Pump is a large dry claw pump. Two claw-shaped rotors turn in opposite directions inside the pump chamber. The pump runs oil-free. This model is bigger and faster than the DJ80. The inlet uses G2". The outlet uses 1¼". The pumping speed is 300 m³/h at 50Hz. The motor uses 7.5 KW. The claw structure gives gas a straight path through the pump chamber. There are no bends or dead corners. Corrosive materials do not get trapped. The exhaust pushes everything out. In a rotary vane pump, some gas stays dissolved in the oil. That does not happen here. The pump chamber material has special treatment. It resists acid gases, organic solvent vapors, and halogens.
