Our Mechanical Booster Vacuum Pump uses the same Roots principle as the LC series. Two figure-eight rotors turn in opposite directions inside the pump chamber. The rotors do not touch each other or the chamber wall. A small gap stays between them. This gap allows high-speed rotation. The main difference is the size. This pump has larger flanges. The inlet uses ISO100. The outlet uses ISO63. Larger flanges mean less flow resistance. This matters when you have long pipes or many bends in your system. The pump body shares the same platform as our LC250. Many parts are interchangeable. The oil seal, bearings, and gears are the same. This makes repairs easier. You do not need to wait for special parts. We fill the oil seal and gearbox before shipping. The oil seal holds 0.125 L. The gearbox holds 0.15 L. We calibrate the oil level at our factory. Our Mechanical Booster Vacuum Pump delivers 500 m³/h at 50Hz. That is double the speed of the LC250. It works as a booster for a backing pump. It lifts the whole system's pumping capacity significantly. This suits production lines that need more vacuum speed. Large vacuum furnaces, central vacuum stations, and systems running multiple machines all benefit from this boost. The motor uses only 2.2 KW. That is the same power as the LC250. You get double the speed without paying more for electricity. The efficiency per unit of energy is much better. The flanges are ISO100 and ISO63. These are standard sizes. You can find compatible pipes, bellows, and valves easily. We have been mass-producing Roots pumps for many years. Our process and quality control are mature.
