Daily Maintenance
Clean Equipment: Immediately after shutdown, use a dedicated cleaning agent (such as alcohol or acetone) to clean parts that come into contact with adhesive, such as the dispensing valve, needle, and mixing tube, to prevent curing and clogging. For special adhesives such as UV adhesives, use the corresponding solvent to avoid corrosion.
Wiping Surfaces: Wipe the surface of the equipment with a clean, soft cloth to remove dust and oil, preventing impurities from entering the moving tracks.
Inspecting Components: Check dispensing tubes, nozzles, needles, etc., for blockages or damage, and clean or replace them promptly.
Lubricating Moving Parts: Apply dedicated grease to moving parts such as guide rails, lead screws, and bearings to reduce friction wear.
Tightening Screws and Connectors: Check and tighten screws and air hose connectors to prevent loosening that could lead to positioning deviations or air leaks.
Weekly Maintenance
Deep Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the internal dust and impurities of the equipment, especially the cooling fan and circuit board area.
Checking the Air Pressure System: Confirm that the air pressure is stable within the equipment's specified range, and check for air leaks or damage to the air hoses.
Electrical System Inspection: Check the power cord and plug for damage or aging. Ensure proper grounding.
Monthly Maintenance
Parameter Calibration: Calibrate dispensing pressure, dispensing time, Z-axis height, and other parameters. Verify dispensing weight consistency using standard measuring tools (such as an electronic scale) to prevent inaccurate dispensing or overflow due to equipment aging.
Transmission Component Inspection: Check the drive belt tension and adjust to the appropriate range. Check lubrication and add or replace lubricating oil as necessary.
Hose Condition Inspection: Inspect the hoses for damage or aging and replace any faulty parts promptly.
Quarterly Maintenance
Adhesive Circuit System Cleaning: Disassemble and thoroughly clean the adhesive circuit system, including the pump, valves, and piping. Inspect the pump for wear.
Sensor Calibration: Calibrate sensor sensitivity (e.g., pressure sensor, photoelectric switch) to ensure accurate equipment sensing.
Electrical Component Inspection: Check electrical wiring connections for tightness, looseness, or exposed wires to prevent electrical leakage.
Annual Maintenance
Replace Wear Parts: Replace worn parts such as aging air hoses, worn belts, and bearings to ensure stable equipment operation.
Software Update: Update the equipment control software, optimize motion control algorithms, and improve equipment performance.
Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform a deep cleaning of the equipment, including the internal, external, and electrical systems, ensuring no residual glue or impurities remain.
