Three Phase Vacuum Pump

Our Three Phase Vacuum Pump is a single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump. It weighs 43 kg. One person can move it easily. The motor is a three-phase induction motor. The terminal box sits on top. You open the cover to connect the wires. The voltage options cover 3-phase 220V, 240V, 380V, and 415V. These cover most industrial power standards worldwide. Both inlet and outlet use G1¼" threaded connections. Fittings are easy to find. The pump body has cooling fins. A fan on the motor shaft turns when the motor runs. No separate power is needed for cooling. The oil capacity is 1.5 liters. Less oil means lower oil change costs. A built-in return valve collects oil mist from the exhaust and sends it back to the pump chamber. No oil gets wasted.

Our Three Phase Vacuum Pump gives you strong starting torque and stable speed. A single-phase motor can have voltage drops at startup. A three-phase motor does not. It turns as soon as you apply power. It handles loads well. For machines that start and stop often, a three-phase motor lasts longer. The windings do not burn out easily. We use standard three-phase motors. Any motor repair shop can service them. Spare parts are easy to get. This pump has a gas ballast valve. In wet processes, open it to stop oil emulsification. Close it for deeper vacuum. It reaches -0.1 mbar closed and -0.5 mbar open. Switch based on what you pump that day. Note: this Three Phase Vacuum Pump does not work on single-phase 220V. The pumping speed of this product falls in the small-to-medium range. It fits many standard machines. Factory automation lines use it for suction cups.
